Oasis of Hope Hospital is also known as Contreras Clinic which was founded by a father of Complementary and Alternative Therapy, Dr. Ernesto Contreras, Sr., and is run by his son, Dr. Francisco Contreras.

More than 100,000 patients visited the hospital, and they have been treated with a good success rate. Each year, over 600 cancer patients are treated.
